男 ，壮族 ，1935年生 ，广西邕宁人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目壮族歌圩代表性传承 人。刘正城成长于山歌的家乡 ，每逢节日、 喜庆、婚嫁 ，耳闻目睹的都是老一辈歌师的山歌 对唱。 15岁起师从壮族歌圩第二代传人刘炳中 ，20岁正式成为歌师。刘正城能编擅唱 ，擅长 触景生情、 即席而歌 ，其艺术表现优美娴熟 ，完整掌握了壮族歌圩的演唱技巧。其传人目前 已能登台表演 ，编创歌曲的技艺尚需进一步培养。代表作品有：《为情不怕水坞深》《眼看 凤飞留空窝》等。
