男 ，傈僳族 ，1959年生 ，云南泸水人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目傈僳族刀杆节代表 性传承人。李学强1974年随祖父学习 “上刀杆、 下火海”等绝技 ，是目前全面掌握该绝技的 唯一传人。他能够独立主持刀杆节 ，掌握刀杆仪式前举行的点花、点刀、耍刀、扎刀、 竖刀 杆和祭祀活动全过程 ，并能演唱不同曲调。 1998年 ，其 “下火海”表演在云南省第六届民族 运动会中获二等奖。
