男 ，瑶族 ，1936年生 ，广东乳源人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目瑶族盘王节代表性传 承人。盘良安9岁拜师学艺 ，13岁随师傅主持法事仪式 ，20岁便能独立主持整个法事仪式， 系 “拜盘王”仪式第十二代传人。他从事拜盘王活动六十余年 ，是目前广东乳源必背镇唯一 能够全面掌握主持拜盘王仪式的总师爷。 主要主持举办的法事仪式有拜盘王、度身、挂灯、 祭祖和丧葬等。
