男 ，蒙古族 ，1963年生 ，辽宁阜新蒙古族自治县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目蒙古 族乌力格尔代表性传承人。胡尔沁说书艺人 ，二级胡尔沁。 1980年拜康殿文为师 ，1982年以 说书为业。 2002年全国第三届蒙古语乌力格尔比赛中演说《马武巧取荆州》获三等奖 ，2002 年在 “琶杰杯”全国乌力格尔、 好来宝大赛中演说《罗通挂帅》荣获优秀奖。其创作、 改编 了大量民间、 寓言故事 ，深受广大群众欢迎 ，有 “ 民间故事大王”之称 ，为蒙古族乌力格尔 的发展和传承做出了突出贡献。
