男 ，蒙古族 ，1965年生 ，辽宁阜新蒙古族自治县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目蒙古 族乌力格尔代表性传承人。胡尔沁说书艺人 ，一级胡尔沁。 9岁跟随父亲学拉胡尔、 学说书， 后拜齐宪宝为师 ，学习说唱技艺。 1987年深入各村开始说书。 2000年首届全国蒙古语乌力格 尔比赛中演说的《罗清明征西》获三等奖 ，2001年全国第二届蒙古语乌力格尔比赛中演说《 羌胡传》获二等奖 ，2005年全国第五届蒙古族乌力格尔好来宝大赛演说《博尔出巧取白沙城 》获三等奖。 多年来 ，刻苦钻研说唱艺术 ，为蒙古族乌力格尔的传承与发展做出了突出贡献 。杨铁龙（右二）在为村民表演蒙古族乌力格尔。
