男 ，汉族 ，1934年生 ，湖北汉川人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目汉川善书代表性传承 人。 职业宣讲艺人。 1978年师从卢维琴 ，现为第五代传人。其创作善书五十余本 ，改编和移 植一百五十余本。 宣讲时 ，吐词明朗 ，声音洪亮 ，语言果断 ，做到舌生花、 口生香、脸生色 、 目生光 ，并在原有唱腔的基础上 ，新创了滑稽腔、渔鼓调、 小曲等。代表作品有：《白公 鸡》《祥林嫂》《窦娥冤》等。
