男 ，汉族 ，1954年生 ，陕西榆林人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目榆林小曲代表性传承 人。榆林小曲研究会会长。 1968年跟随其父著名榆林小曲乐器演奏师王子英 ，在学习演唱的 同时 ，先后学习三弦、 琵琶、秦筝、扬琴的演奏技法。 1983年任陕西秦筝学会理事 ，2002年 为榆林小曲演唱团团长。 多年来 ，从事演出、传承、 出书、 出碟等资料收集的研究工作。
