男 ，汉族 ，1926年生 ，浙江乐清人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目剪纸（乐清细纹刻 纸）代表性传承人 ，中国工艺美术大师。林邦栋自幼随父辈学习细纹刻纸技艺 ，为家族传承 的第四代传人。林邦栋勇于探索 ，善于创新 ，将原有单调的几何图形扩展出花卉鸟兽、 山水 、人物等 ，使此技艺更加生动活泼、疏密有致 ，给人以强烈的节奏感和韵律感 ，亦具有鲜明 的民间性、 民俗性与地域性。他能在方寸的纸面上刻出两千多个洞孔 ，可谓鬼斧神工。代表 作品有：《鱼跃龙门》《六畜兴旺》《百寿图》等。
