男 ，汉族 ，1951年生 ，陕西安塞人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目陕北说书代表性传承 人。 1963年师从民间艺人张俊功学习说书 ，1975年进入安塞县宣传队 ，1981年任曲艺队队 长至今。其演奏技巧独特 ，语言精练 ，唱腔圆润 ，表演细腻入微 ，人物塑造逼真 ，尤擅长陕 北说书音乐 ，是陕北说书 “单音”定弦第一人。代表作品有《一盘腊肉》等。
