男 ，汉族 ，1961年生 ，河北滦南人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目乐亭大鼓代表性传承 人 ，一级演员。 1976年跟随当地著名说书艺人李田学习大鼓艺术 ，又先后师从民间艺人刘瑞 丰、赵恩潮和靳派乐亭大鼓第二代传人贾幼然 ，系靳派乐亭大鼓第三代传人。现任河北省滦 南县文化馆馆长。其嗓音洪亮高亢 ，吐字清晰 ，行腔圆润 ，唱、念、 身段表演俱佳。代表作 品有长篇乐亭大鼓《青云剑》等。
