男 ，汉族 ，1945年生 ，浙江泰顺人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目木偶戏（泰顺药发木 偶戏）代表性传承人。周尔禄师从周明守学习药发木偶技艺 ，使工艺复杂精细的药发木偶得 以传承。 药发木偶是烟花与木偶结合的产物 ，艺人将两者共同具有的观赏功能结合起来进行 表演 ，在燃放烟花时能出现木偶形象 ，并且展现旋动、翻跟斗等演出效果。
