又名肖鹏芳 ，女 ，汉族 ，1969年生 ，陕西合阳人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目木偶戏 （合阳提线木偶戏）代表性传承人。 肖朋芳出身线戏世家 ，是名艺人肖绪发之孙女 ，1982年 考入合阳县提线木偶剧团 ，主工提线、正旦、老旦、 小生等角色。她的表演在继承家传技艺 的基础上 ，不断学习借鉴其他剧种的表演特点 ，对线偶进行创新 ，形成自己独特的表演风格 。其嗓音圆润 ，委婉动听 ，所提木偶活灵活现 ，栩栩如生 ，还可以表现各种复杂动作和特技 。作为剧团骨干和领衔演员 ，她深入农村 ，常年带队演出 ，受到群众一致好评 ，还曾出访巴 西、伊朗等国家 ，并培养出赵斌侠等一批青年演员。代表作品有：《卖杂货》《打金枝》等 。
