男 ，仡佬族 ，1944年生 ，贵州石阡人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目木偶戏（石阡木偶 戏）代表性传承人。饶世光1953年开始学习木偶戏 ，作为第五代木偶戏传承人 ，他在五十多 年的演艺实践中 ，掌握了丰富的剧目 ，能够熟练掌握吹、 弹、歌、舞等全套技艺 ，在每年的 各种风俗节日时参加演出 ，随着时代的发展、变化 ，他在唱词和艺术上加以改进 ，促进发 展 ，并热心于杖头木偶的传承工作。
