男 ，汉族 ，1968年生 ，广东潮安人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目木偶戏（潮州铁枝木 偶戏）代表性传承人 ，潮州工艺美术大师。 陈培森自幼受家庭影响 ，在家父的传授下 ，开始 从事铁枝木偶的制作和表演 ，现为潮安县戏剧工作者协会理事 ，也是木偶团主要的表演骨干 和设计制作人员。他的演出技术高超 ，风格古朴 ，获得了广大群众和各级有关领导的好评， 并参加了德国、奥地利世界国际木偶节表演 ，代表作品有《欢庆》《段红玉》等。
