男 ，汉族 ，1964年生 ，福建泉州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目木偶戏（泉州提线木 偶戏）代表性传承人 ，二级演奏员。 陈志杰1978年进入福建艺校木偶班 ，学习木偶表演艺 术 ，1979年师从本团鼓师龚天锡 ，是目前泉州市唯一一位二级演奏员。从事司鼓及打击乐器 的近三十年中 ，他抢救排练了《目连救母》《李世民游地府》《三藏取经》等一批传统剧 目 ，并演出《水漫金山》《火焰山》等优秀剧目以及大量新剧目 ，是泉州提线木偶传统音乐 “傀儡调”及司鼓、打击乐器演奏的重要传承人。他曾荣获文化部第十、第十一届 “文华新 剧目奖”及全国木偶皮影比赛 “金狮奖”。 多次参加国内外的文化交流活动。
