男 ，汉族 ，1938年生 ，辽宁凌源人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目皮影戏（凌源皮影 戏）代表性传承人。徐积山30岁向家兄徐栋和老艺人郭永山学艺 ，36岁自拴影箱 ，领影从 艺 ，主工贴线 ，唱髯、 净两行 ，兼习雕刻艺术 ，48岁以后嗓力减退改唱丑。从艺四十多年 来 ，在本地及周边县市长期演出 ，培养了5名第二代、第三代皮影艺术传承人 ，其绘制的 “影 谱” ，保留了皮影雕刻的珍贵技艺 ，为凌源皮影艺术的传承做出了突出贡献。
