男 ，汉族 ，1963年生 ，甘肃环县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目皮影戏（环县道情皮 影戏）代表性传承人。 高清旺19岁开始在其外祖父梁实仓所在戏班学习前台 ，1986年自己购 置了戏箱 ，开始组班演出。 由于擅长皮影影件雕刻 ，他的戏班影件齐全 ，熟练掌握盯本戏50 本 ，吃本戏10本。其演唱浑圆规整 ，嗓音洪亮 ，挑线平稳 ，是 “魏派”的杰出代表 ，也是环 县境内著名的雕刻艺人之一。
