男 ，汉族 ，1947年生 ，甘肃环县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目皮影戏（环县道情皮 影戏）代表性传承人。史呈林7岁随父亲学艺 ，于1979年购回一戏箱组班开始演出。他从艺 四十余年 ，技艺日臻成熟 ，尤其擅长前台表演 ，唱吃本戏30本 ，盯本10本 ，在继承 “史派” 技艺的基础上 ，又做了大胆创新 ，是环县目前道情皮影演出技艺最全面的道情皮影艺人之 一 ，2002年被甘肃省民间文艺家协会授予 “甘肃道情皮影艺术家”称号。
