男 ，汉族 ，1929年生 ，陕西华县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目皮影戏（华县皮影 戏）代表性传承人。潘京乐14岁开始随叔父潘宝华学艺 ，后拜刘德娃主工前声 ，由于嗓音条 件好 ，五个月后即登台演出且一炮走红 ，享有 “五月红”的美誉。他能演花旦、 小生、 皇帝 、 武将等多种行当角色 ，擅长用略带哭音的碗碗腔表现人物 ，极富感染力 ，一生主演《周仁 回府》《二度梅》等二百余部戏 ，1956年在第一届皮影木偶观摩大会获得演出奖 ，曾多次参 加国内外的艺术交流活动。他收有吕崇德、 刘建平等徒弟 ，是目前华县皮影戏舞台上最年长 的表演大师 ，有皮影戏 “活化石”之称。
