男 ，汉族 ，1964年生 ，陕西华县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目皮影戏（华县皮影 戏）代表性传承人。魏金全出身于皮影戏表演世家 ，自幼受家庭熏陶 ，爱好皮影戏 ，初中时 期就经常随父戏班演出 ，高中毕业后 ，拜名师吝茂吉先生主工扦手 ，又拜潘京乐、赵振才等 学习前声 ，2004年拜郝炳黎为师 ，最终采众家之长 ，成为集扦手、 前声、后槽、雕刻于一身 的皮影戏多面艺人 ， 目前收徒六人。他在二十多年的时间里 ，主演了《下河东》《金碗钏》 《全家福》等传统剧目。
