Inheritor Introduction：
男 ，汉族 ，1943年生 ，陕西华县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目皮影戏（华县皮影 戏）代表性传承人。刘华1958年进入陕西省戏曲研究院戏剧班学习秦腔、碗碗腔、眉户等 戏 ，1959年进入甘肃省戏剧学校学习月琴 ，1964年参加了华县名艺人潘京乐先生的 “华县光 艺皮影社” ，司职板胡 ，并且能够表演前声、 扦手、拉二弦等技艺。他的板胡演奏与皮影戏 的前声配合默契 ，充分展现了音乐的民间韵味 ，有 “东府碗碗腔一绝”和 “月琴王”的称 号 ，收有徒弟刘天文、 刘进瑞等。
