男 ，汉族 ，1928年生 ，广东海丰人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目皮影戏（陆丰皮影 戏）代表性传承人。 彭忠1944年至1947年随祖父、 父亲学艺 ，制作的皮影透彻明亮 ，软硬适 中 ，延续了祖传将近三百年的制皮技术。 1987年陆丰皮影戏剧团远赴日本演出 ，影身达到了 最佳的透明度 ，引起了日本观众的轰动 ，他制作的影皮自20世纪80年代以来 ，在北京、 黑龙 江、湖南等地的皮影剧团被广泛使用 ，并远销日本、 欧美等国。
