男 ，汉族 ，1962年生 ，广东陆丰人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目皮影戏（陆丰皮影 戏）代表性传承人。蔡锦镇从小受到祖父和父亲的影响 ，酷爱皮影艺术 ，7岁起随父亲学习皮 影表演技艺操作 ，奔走于陆丰乡村演出 ，1980年被吸收为市皮影剧团专业演员 ，参与二十多 部剧目的主要操作。他曾赴北京、 中国香港、 日本等地进行演出 ，受到好评 ，2006年获 “ 中 国民间文化杰出传承人” “广东省民间文化杰出传承人”等称号。
