男 ，汉族 ，1932年生 ，山西孝义人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目皮影戏（孝义皮影 戏）代表性传承人。梁全民1949年起在 “吉庆班”学艺 ，拜著名艺人冯洞厮为师爷 ，新中国 成立后进入孝义县皮影宣传队 ，1956年进入孝义皮影木偶艺术团 ，曾任团长。他的签子功功 底扎实 ，技艺娴熟 ，能用皮腔和碗碗腔演唱 ，上演过的皮影戏有《闹朝歌》《黄河阵》《桃 花记》等数十部。《张羽煮海》参加首届 “ 中国民间艺术节”表演轰动京城。 1989年随团赴 英国演出 ，深受国际友人的好评。他还培养出武兴、郝凤莲等一批优秀皮影戏人才。
