男 ，汉族 ，1934年生 ，河北成安人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目皮影戏（冀南皮影 戏）代表性传承人。 申国瑞10岁开始跟随父亲及老师学习皮影和打击乐器 ，曾跟随成安县西 姚堡村第一代皮影戏传人苏文秀学习刻制皮影人物和掌扦技艺 ，跟随郭永年和郭春荣学习演 唱 ，因而身兼多种技艺 ，1949年至今长期从事皮影演出。他刻制的皮影风格古朴 ，形象夸 张 ，很具装饰风格；他的掌扦技术娴熟 ，变化灵活 ，他的表演曾多次获得所在市县文化部门 的奖励。他在资金紧张的情况下 ，个人搭建演出棚和场地 ，培养出三批后继人才。
