男 ，汉族 ，1940年生 ，贵州西秀人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目安顺地戏代表性传承 人。顾之炎1955年师从杨炳清学习安顺地戏 ，20世纪90年代又传给了自己的儿子和孙子 ，他 全面深入地掌握了地戏的历史、剧目、表演技巧 ，以《四马投唐》为主打剧目 ，是安顺地戏 第十七代重要的传承人 ，曾获安顺市民间艺术节（1997年）第一名。
