男 ，土家族 ，1964年生 ，贵州德江人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目傩戏（德江傩堂 戏）代表性传承人。安永柏1979年随父学习傩堂戏 ，1984年正式拜师学艺 ，全面掌握了德江 傩堂会的全部技艺 ，1991年艺成请职 ，为掌坛师 ，在农村从事傩艺活动。 2006年赴日本冲绳 、东京等地表演 ，深受外国观众好评。现培养传人多名 ，为德江傩堂戏的传承、 宣传、 资料 采集工作做出了积极贡献。
