男 ，土家族 ，1950年生 ，贵州德江人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目傩戏（德江傩堂 戏）代表性传承人。 张月福14岁时投师学艺 ，先后拜十三人学习傩祭仪式、傩法事、傩歌傩 舞、傩戏、傩技神功等 ，全面掌握了德江傩堂戏的全部表演技法 ，是茅山教黑虎玄坛的第三 十九代传人。他曾多次参加各类傩戏演出 ，其表演在国内外均受好评 ，为德江傩堂戏的传承 、 宣传、 资料采集工作做出了积极贡献。
