男 ，土家族 ，1963年生 ，2011年去世 ，湖南沅陵人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目傩戏 （沅陵辰州傩戏）代表性传承人。李福国自幼学习汉戏 ，后改学傩戏 ，是辰州傩戏下河教的 第四代掌坛师。 1998年 ，与妻子聂满娥在沅湘傩戏文化学术研究会上演出《姜女下池》 ，此 后声名大振 ，是桃源、大庸、沅陵三县演唱傩戏的佼佼者。他整理了《姜女下池》《观花教 子》等剧目 ，演出千余场次 ，其家人都是傩文化的追随者 ，群众称为 “傩戏一家班 ，技艺压 三县”。
