男 ，汉族 ，1930年生 ，安徽贵池人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目傩戏（池州傩戏）代 表性传承人。刘臣瑜自幼受宗族长辈影响 ，参与宗教傩事活动 ，17岁登台扮演傩戏中的角 色 ，擅长司鼓 ，并担任宗族傩事活动的 “年首”（执事人） ，熟练掌握本宗族各本傩戏的唱 腔与演技。 20世纪80年代中期 ，为恢复中断了近三十年的傩戏扮演 ，他凭记忆书写了该宗族 所演的傩戏剧本和傩舞喊段词 ，先后培养了十多位傩戏后继人才 ，2005年曾参加 “ 中国江西 国际傩文化艺术周” ，并获金奖和踩街表演优秀奖。
