男 ，傣族 ，1937年生 ，云南盈江人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目傣剧代表性传承人。 刀保顺自幼受母亲熏陶 ，随母学习傣剧的编创、演出 ，后出家在本寨培龙寺拜高僧龙福（傣 语为召弄）和任法大师（傣语为召几）为师 ，系统全面地学习傣剧的编创、演出、 唱腔、 服 装、化妆、道具等技艺。他是德宏州傣族群众公认的傣剧传承人和研究者 ，代表作品有《朗 退罕》《千瓣莲花》《娥并与桑格》《蜘蛛姑娘》等。
