男 ，布依族 ，1926年生 ，2008年去世 ，贵州册亨人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目布依 戏代表性传承人。 黄朝宾1934年开始师从第八代戏师学习技艺 ，精通 “小旦” “小生” “文 官” “武打”等角色 ，熟练掌握布依戏伴奏乐器二胡的演奏。 1953年赴广西拜师学艺 ，吸收 壮北戏技艺 ，发展了布依戏的表演 ，回乡后在乃言河流域传授布依戏 ，使该地区布依戏至今 保留着演出古装戏的艺术传统 ，1960年任乃言布依戏队戏师迄今。他主持戏班 ，编导、排练 的《武显王闹花灯》《转路调》等十多个剧目 ，多次参加国家、省市举办的文艺交流 ，并培 养出第九代和第十代布依族古装戏 “谷艺”戏师接班人。
