男 ，藏族 ，1950年生 ，西藏乃东人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目山南门巴戏代表性传 承人。 巴桑1963年至1981年在西藏山南地区乃东公社业余文艺宣传队工作 ，之后分别在乃东 县乌鲁木其演出队、 山南文艺编辑部工作 ，1987年至今在山南地区文广局民族文化遗产抢救 办公室任副主任。 1986年开始接触山南门巴戏（门巴阿吉拉姆） ，1987年在自治区文化厅主 办的哲蚌雪顿表演中 ，担任山南门巴戏编导 ，并获得集体二等奖。
