男 ，藏族 ，1966年生 ，青海同仁人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目藏戏（黄南藏戏）代 表性传承人 ，二级编剧。仁青加1981年至1987年先后在青海省黄南州民族师范学校、 青海教 育学院学习 ，并向藏戏名人学习藏戏唱腔及伴奏 ，1987年至1989年在黄南州民族歌舞团担任 编导 ，先后在上海戏剧学院戏剧文学系、北京广播学院学习 ，2005年任青海省藏剧团、 黄南 州民族歌舞团团长。他曾在《金色的黎明》等大型藏戏中扮演过角色 ，为大中型藏戏担任过 伴奏 ，设计过藏戏唱腔 ，编排过《格桑花开的时候》等多部大型藏戏 ，在继承和发展藏戏方 面有较为突出的成就。
