男 ，纳西族 ，1926年生 ，2009年去世 ，云南丽江人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目纳西 族东巴画代表性传承人。和训出身于东巴世家 ，为家传第六代传人 ，他的东巴画承自其父亲 大东巴和尔。在纳西 ，能被称为 “东巴”的人物 ，必须全面掌握东巴文化 ，能够进行整体传 承。绘画是作为东巴的必备条件 ，他主持过成百上千次祭祀活动 ，每次祭祀活动都必须画一 批东巴画 ，所以其绘画能力和表现技巧不断提高。他所表现的内容多为各种各样的神佛、 动 植物、 妖魔鬼怪及各种法器 ，纳西族人民对这些形象进行膜拜和祭祀。 由于年事已高 ，和训 后来已很少绘画 ，但仍在坚持授徒。
