男 ，藏族 ，1967年生 ，西藏琼结人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目藏戏（山南琼结卡卓 扎西宾顿）代表性传承人。 白梅1985年拜其米次仁和其米顿珠为师 ，学习藏戏（山南琼结卡 卓扎西宾顿） ，1987年开始正式演出藏戏。他的表演传承了祖辈的经典演技 ，并保留了藏戏 的传统艺术风格。他还培养了多名学徒 ，使传统表演艺术获得传承。
