男 ，藏族 ，1938年生 ，西藏拉萨人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目藏戏（拉萨觉木隆） 代表性传承人。次旦多吉1946年至1949年在觉木隆藏戏班学艺并参加演出 ，1965年至1979 年在西藏自治区藏剧团任演员 ，1979年至1999年在西藏自治区藏剧团任编导。他熟练和系统 掌握了藏戏艺术的各种技能 ，具有风格独特的唱法、导法、演法 ，导演了不少新编藏戏 ，如 《唐东杰布》等。
