男 ，汉族 ，1935年生 ，云南玉溪人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目花灯戏（玉溪花灯 戏）代表性传承人。 陈克勤1951年参加玉溪人民实验剧团 ，学习花灯唱腔、剧本文学及乐器 伴奏 ，并受教于老艺人薛国兴、杨炯明、 吴家顺 ，在花灯表演特别是花灯唱腔上形成了自己 的演唱特色 ，他同时还担任剧团花灯组（后改花灯团）的编导、演员兼乐队伴奏 ，后相继任 农场文艺队队长、群众艺术馆辅导组组长、 玉溪地区行署文化局群文科科长 ，1995年3月退 休 ，继续应聘在文化局工作。 陈克勤集编剧、表演、演奏多种才能于一身 ，代表作品有《回 生棒》等。
