女 ，侗族 ，1962年生 ，贵州思南人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目花灯戏（思南花灯 戏）代表性传承人。刘芳1976年至1984年师从原思南县文化馆资深曲艺工作者刘朝生学习思 南花灯歌舞 ，1984年进入思南县民族文工团 ，随原该团业务主任刘友学习戏曲表演、舞蹈 等 ，长期从事文艺表演、 宣传工作。她擅长花灯舞蹈 ，属贵州东路花灯之表演技法 ，花灯表 演基本功扎实 ，动作流畅舒展 ，具备编创、导演花灯歌舞的能力。代表作品有《乌江纤夫》 等。
