男 ，汉族 ，1933年生 ，2008年去世 ，四川南充人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目灯戏 （川北灯戏）代表性传承人 ，国家一级作曲。 彭涓1950年高中肄业后长期在南充市川剧团任 演奏员、作曲、乐队指挥 ，从20世纪60年代起 ，他在川北地区大量收集川北灯戏音乐资料， 长期钻研 ，并为三十多出川北灯戏作曲。其作曲的川北灯戏音乐独具川北风味 ，别致而新 颖 ，唱腔旋律性强。代表作品有《闹隍会》等。
