女 ，汉族 ，1943年生 ，重庆梁平人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目灯戏（梁山灯戏）代 表性传承人 ，国家三级演员。 陈德惠1953年入梁平县川剧团 ，拜祝年芳为师学艺 ，学习花旦 、 刀马旦、 青衣旦以及摇旦的表演 ，1980年后 ，又拜祝年芳、 田秉友为师 ，学习梁山灯戏表 演艺术 ，主要从事梁山灯戏的表演、编导。 1994年退休后 ，继续从事梁山灯戏的创作、培训 和演出工作。其从艺四十余年 ，担任过《双拜月》等数百个大型剧目的主角 ，编导了《招女 婿》等数十个梁山灯戏 ，多次荣获国家、省、 市大奖。
