男 ，汉族 ，1953年生 ，河北康保人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目二人台代表性传承 人 ，国家二级演奏员。 冯俊才10岁拜师学艺 ，从事 “二人台”笛子演奏 ，1968年至 1970年 ，随老艺人和专业团体流动演出； 1971年被选入河北省康保县剧团担任伴奏和主奏； 1982年由剧团调入康保县文化馆 ，从事二人台戏剧研究； 1987年带班培训 “二人台”后备力 量； 1990年至今从事二人台戏剧创作和研究 ，并担任历次大赛的编排、 主奏 ，成为康保二人 台第五代传承人。代表作品有：《抢财神》《乡音一曲西口情》等。
