男 ，汉族 ，1955年生 ，河北康保人 ，第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目二人台代表性传承人 。史万富1971年入康保县剧团工作 ，任团支部书记、乐队队长专职司鼓 ，1986年任剧团团长 、 党支部书记 ，1988年任康保县文化局党支部书记、 艺术股副股长 ，1996年任康保县文化馆 馆长 ，现任康保县二人台歌舞团业务团长。他在继承传统二人台的基础上 ，组织团内创作骨 干精心研究 ，大胆探索 ，使过去只能演出小戏、对唱的二人台发展到能演出大型剧目的二人 台。 同时 ，他一直注重培养后人 ，先后招收三批二人台学员计八十多人。其组织执笔的音乐 设计代表作品有《高原激浪》《抢财神》等。
