男 ，汉族 ，1965年生 ，内蒙古乌兰察布人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目二人台代表性 传承人 ，国家二级演员。 冯来锁1980年考入内蒙古艺术学校乌盟分校学习二人台表演 ，1984 年毕业后与其同学组建乌盟二人台实验剧团 ，现为该团团长。他先后从师赵有根、 武利平、 赵德厚学习东路二人台表演 ，擅长 “三花脸”表演 ，集硬码戏、 带鞭戏技巧于一身 ，表演风 格独特、诙谐幽默。代表作品有：《卖碗》《罪人》等。
