女 ，汉族 ，1957年生 ，河北清苑人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目哈哈腔代表性传承 人 ，国家三级导演。 王兰荣1971年在河北省保定市清苑戏曲学校学习 ，师承于20世纪60年代 后的哈哈腔著名旦行演员宋艳玲、唐荣仙、钟爱珍等老师 ，主工青衣、花旦 ，擅长悲剧喜演 。 王兰荣现为河北省清苑县哈哈腔剧团团长 ，她在唱腔上以刚劲见长 ，以委婉著称 ，刚柔相 济 ，在唱腔、板式、旋律运用、形体表演等方面较前人都有所突破。代表作品有：《秦香莲 》《宝莲灯》等。
