男 ，汉族 ，1944年生 ，河北唐山人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目哈哈腔代表性传承 人 ，国家一级作曲。裘印昌早年就读于天津音乐学院三年制民乐学科 ，毕业后分配到河北省 广播文工团工作 ，1962年调入河北省保定市清苑县哈哈腔剧团从事哈哈腔的研究与创作 ，曾 任清苑县哈哈腔剧团团长。其设计的唱腔音乐乡土特色浓郁 ，具有很高的艺术价值。代表作 品有《御酒埋香》等。
