男 ，汉族 ，1964年生 ，山西临县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目道情戏（临县道情 戏）代表性传承人 ，国家三级演奏员。 张瑞锋1983年进入临县道情剧团至今 ，现任书记、 副 团长。 1983年至1990年跟随杜守成、杜恩郁两位老师学艺 ，期间入甘肃省音乐作曲函授班学 习。 1990年至今 ，他开始独立或与人合作从事临县道情的演奏、创作等艺术工作。他擅长临 县道情音乐的演奏（胡呼）和音乐设计 ，继承了最具特色的各种装饰音演奏的独特技巧和唱 腔设计中虚腔的独特音乐处理手法 ，形成了独特的演奏风格和演唱效果。参与伴奏和音乐设 计的代表作品有《菜园配》等 ，参与了临县道情戏《碛口古镇》的作曲 ，设计了唱腔。
