女 ，汉族 ，1942年生 ，河北高邑人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目秧歌戏（隆尧秧歌 戏）代表性传承人。刘巧菊1955年3月考入河北省隆尧秧歌团 ，拜秧歌著名艺人、名丑（兼 青衣）第六代传人杨保田为师 ，初学小旦戏 ，1958年进入冯村戏校秧歌班学习小生、 武生、 须生 ，1959年至1966年、 1976年至1989年在隆尧县剧团任演员 ，为隆尧秧歌戏第七代传人 。其嗓音清晰纯正 ，唱腔、道白通俗易懂 ，优美动听 ，表演细腻 ，善于刻画人物内心情感， 并擅长甩发技能。代表作品有：《彩楼配》《罗通征北》等。
