男 ，汉族 ，1923年生 ，河南封丘人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目曲剧代表性传承人， 一级演员。 马琪自幼从艺于马文才先生 ，是河南曲剧的第一代曲剧演员。 1949年至1953年， 在灵宝县曲剧团工作 ，任演员、 团长； 1953年至1973年 ，在渑池县曲剧团工作 ，任演员、 团 长； 1973年 ，在洛阳地区曲剧团工作 ，任演员、 业务团长 ，后又到洛阳市曲剧团工作。其唱 腔具有嗓音低沉浑厚、韵宽质朴的特点 ，表演生动形象 ，自然逼真。代表作品有：《寇准背 靴》《跑汴京》等。
