男 ，汉族 ，1938年生 ，江苏徐州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目泗州戏代表性传承人 。鹿士彬1952年底随父亲入蚌埠泗州戏剧团拜师学艺 ，师承著名生脚演员魏广云 ，1976年泗 州戏剧团恢复后 ，被调回剧团任演员、 业务科长 ，成为泗州戏的著名生脚。几十年来 ，他主 演了一大批传统剧目和现代剧目 ，对泗州戏的唱腔也进行了多年的探索和研究。代表作品 有：《小女婿》《十五贯》等。
